Data Handling
Your photo's journey, from camera to download. It never leaves your device.
1 · Preview & shoot
The camera image is shown and captured right in your browser, together with a short burst of frames for the GIF. Nothing is sent to a server.
2 · Edit
Filters, stickers, text and frame colours are applied on your device. The unedited photos are kept too, for the ZIP download.
3 · Download & share
Your print, GIF and ZIP are put together in your browser and saved straight to your device. Share hands the file to an app you choose. No copy goes to Kapturae.
4 · Until you're done
While the session is open it's kept in browser storage, so a reload doesn't lose it. A new session, leaving the session or closing the tab clears it. See Deleting Your Data.
Cookies & storage
Kapturae sets no cookies and uses no ads or third-party trackers. Besides the session data above, your browser keeps a copy of the app's own files so it works offline. That copy holds no photos.
