Terms of Service
Kapturae is free to use. Your photos are yours, and so is the responsibility for them. Don't use it to harm anyone or to break the law.
The service
Kapturae is a free photo booth that runs in your browser. We try to keep it available, but it may change, pause or stop at any time.
Your photos, your responsibility
You own the photos you take, save and share with Kapturae, and you alone are responsible for them. That includes getting consent from everyone who appears in a photo before you take, keep or share it.
We can't see your photos
Kapturae has no access to your photos. They are made and kept on your device, so we can't view, moderate or delete them, including photos you have shared elsewhere.
The Kapturae name on frames
Some frames show the Kapturae name as part of their design. It does not mean that Kapturae created, approved or endorses a photo, or is connected with what it shows.
What's not allowed
Don't use Kapturae to make or share content that is unlawful, harasses or threatens anyone, or infringes other people's rights, including their privacy, likeness or copyright. Don't try to disrupt or abuse the service.
Frames and stickers
Frame designs, stickers and the look of the site belong to Kapturae. You may use them in your own photos for personal purposes. For commercial use, contact us first.
No warranty
Kapturae is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using it, including lost photos or edits.
Changes & governing law
These terms may be updated at any time; the date of the latest update is shown above. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
